On the Spot Floor Care was started by Chris Knowles when his mentor and friend introduced him to the floor care industry. Chris took interest and aquired the training he needed through this experience and through classes with the IICRC (The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.) He started On The Spot Floor Care in the South Atlanta area where there was a need for better quality and better service in the floor care industry.
